CARE OF GRAVES
WORK IN MIDDLE EAST The work of the Graves Registration Unit and the Graves Concentration Unit in the Middle East was described by Major W. K. King in an address to members of the Auckland Travel Club this morning. Major King explained how trucks went out to given areas to locate the bodies of fallen men, buried them, erected a cross and registered thcit cross The Concentration Unit, he said, collected the bodies and concentrated them into military cemeteries. Such units did a most wonderful and valuable work and by meticulous methods of identification did not rest until the exact information was secured. _ The president, Miss G. A. Bertram, presided and welcomed a large number of visitors.
