DIVIDENDS DECLARED
Cabled information has been received to the effect that at the annual meeting of New Zealand Crown Mines Co., Ltd.. to be held In London on July 17, the directors of New Zealand Crown Mines Co.. Ltd., will recommend a dividend of 2d sterling per share (less English Income tax at 7/5 in the £) in respect of the year ended December 31, 1944. payable July 18. Books close July 10. The dividend rata is unchanged, but the tax deduction is 6d to the £ higher than last year.
