CENTENNIAL PARK BOARD
BILL TO INCREASE MEMBERS Parliamentary Reporter. WELLINGTON, this day. The Auckland Centennial Memorial Park Amendment Bill in charge of Mr. W. T. Anderton (Govt., Eden) was introduced in the House of Representatives to-day; read a first time and referred to the Local Bills Committee. The measure makes provision for three additional -members on the Memorial Park Board, one appointed by the Auckland Institute and Museum, one by the Auckland University College and one elected by persons and corporations who have donated to the Board not less than £50 in money or property to that value.
