HEATING IN SCHOOLS
Surely it is time something was done to provide reasonable heating facilities in school classrooms. I wonder how many cases of influenza have brewed inside the cold, bleak, walls of a New Zealand classroom. With heating systems in the schools, you would find not only that sickness would be less prevalent but also that mental concentration in class would be easier. Students in hostels and boarding schools also have the added privation of being denied the use of heaters during the electricity short-RANG-A-TANG.
