Ari alteration of the rules to allow Sunday play hitherto.restricted to the afternoons and the holding Of domestic tournaments on that day, was decided upon by 26 votes to 14 at the annual meeting of the Whangarei Bowling Club last nignt Supporters said this would give games to those who could not always play on Saturdays or y,ees days. The principal officers elected were. President, Mr. G. S. B. Morrison: vice-president. Mr. A. Englund; secretary and treasurer, Mr. jn. Jj. Gaz-ard.
