Further Disclosures Concerning King Leopold FRICTION OVER RETURN Recall:a.m. LONDON, June 22. "If King Leopold returns more damaging disclosures will be made concerning him," says the Socialist newspaper Le Peuple. The paper adds: "We so far have only just opened his dossier. The British United Press Brussels correspondent ■ states that King Leopold's second attempt to form a Government and pave the way for his return failed with the refusal of the Liberal leader, M. van der Meersch, to accept the task. M. van der Meersch,. however, to-day flew to Salzburg, where King Leopold will probably ask hinr to reconsider his decision.
