RADIO LICENSE BREACHES
Breaches of the radio licensing regulations resulted in prosecutions against eight persons being brought before Mr. S. I. Goodall, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court this morning. In one case a defendant had failed to renew a license, but in the majority of instances the prosecutions were in respect of persons operating radio sets without licenses. Fines of from 10/ to £4 were imposed.
