WOMEN DOCTORS
RUSH IN BRITAIN Rec. 10.30 a.m. LONDON, June 21. British women are rushing to be doctors, Princess Elizabeth was told when presenting prizes at the London School of Medicine for Women. The dean of the school told the Princess that more than 500 girls in 1944 applied to join the school, whereas the Ministry of Health allowed a quota of only 100.
