Alan Lloyd King, elder son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Withy King, of Pencarrow Avenue, Mount Eden, has recently been commissioned in the field. Lieutenant King left as a sergeant with the field engineers and is at present in Italy. His brother, Flight-Sergeant Ronald Withy King, has returned from active service in the Pacific.
