Rec. 1 p.m. RUGBY, May 29. The Albert Gold Medal, the highest award of the Royal Society of Arts, has been awarded to Sir Henry Tizard. He, probably more than any other person, is responsible for the scientific work in the development of British aircraft and is generally accorded much of the credit for outstanding British success in the air.
