business sessions
The business sessions of the emergency executive of the Methodist Church of New Zealand commenced at the Pitt Street Church this mornins under the chairmanship of the president, the Rev. R. B. Tinsly. After preliminary matters had been dealt with, the stationing committee, representing all districts, was appointed, and will hold its first session this, evening. The following having passed the necessary probationary period, were unanimously received into the full ministry* John B. Dawson, Haddon C. Dixon, Leslie R. M. Gi.lmore, Lawrence Greenslade and Alan O. Jones. Thev will be ordained at a special service in the Pitt Street Church on Sunday afternoon.
