CENSORSHIP BREACH
(P.A.) . INVERCARGILL, Monday, j In the Police Court to-day Lilian Irene Freeman, married, aged 51, was fined £2 and costs for a breach of the Censorship Act. It was explained that the woman, in writing to her son overseas, had enclosed a letter received by her from her daughter in Auckland containing vital information relating to shipping. The offence, it was added, belonged to the thoughtless class and there was no question of the woman's loyalty.
