(P.A.) . INVERCARGILL, Monday, j In the Police Court to-day Lilian Irene Freeman, married, aged 51, was fined £2 and costs for a breach of the Censorship Act. It was explained that the woman, in writing to her son overseas, had enclosed a letter received by her from her daughter in Auckland containing vital information relating to shipping.
