MORE RAIN IN NORTH
GOOD PASTURE GROWTH
(0.C.)
WHANGAREI, this day.

The humid conditions of the past six weeks have resulted in phenomenal growth in pastures, particularly paspalum, and farmers should have few winter fodder problems, even though the hay crop was light.
