COURT CONSENT ADVISED
PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS
The chairman of the Auckland Urban Land Sales Committee Mr W. R. Tuck, said yesterday that difficulties might arise from parties to a transaction completing a deal before the consent of the Land Sales Court was obtained. He said that it appeared that agreements were prepared with a clause, "subiect to the Land Sales Committee's consent " and on a case being approved by 'a committee the transactions were'bping completed. As there might b° complications, and serious difficulties should an appeal be lodged and the committee's decision reversed he suggested that the parties should do nothing further until the court's con sent was received.
