DELEGATES IN CAIRO
Yugoslav Partisan Discussions With Allies AGREEMENT ON POLICY Rec. i p.m. LONDON, Dec. 20. It has been officially announced from Cairo that a delegation from Marshal Brog-Tito, the Yugoslav partisan leader, has been negotiating with the Allies and the Royal Yugoslav Government. A communique, states: '-Discussions were recently held in Alexandria between representatives of the Partisan forces of Yugoslavia and representatives of the British fighting forces. The discussions, which were purely military, were concerned with the implementation of the British Government's policy of affording all military support to all forces resisting the enemy in Yugoslavia. The United States fighting forces were associated with the talks, which reached full agreement regarding the carrying out of a policy."
