DEBENTURES OF £100,000
Formal resolutions were passed at yesterday's meeting of the Auckland Harbour Board authorising the issue of debentures to the amount of £100,000, this being the third and final instalment of the third portion of a loan of £1.000.000 provided for in 1037.
