MAORI REPRESENTATIVE MR. TIRIKATENE SWORN IN (By Telegraph—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr. Tirikatene was sworn in this morning by tne Governor-General, Sir Cyril Newall, as member of the Executive Council representing the Native Race.
