POLICE INDICTED
ALLEGED CONSPIRACY Rec. 9.30 a.m. , BOSTON, Mar. 28. In a dual investigation of the Boston night club fire, in which more than 400 people lost their lives, and of a fictitious lottery alleged to have made a profit of 90,000,000 dollars in eight years a Grand Jury indicted the Boston police commissioner. Joseph Timilty, and six other high police officers, on a count of conspiracy to permit the operation of gambling houses.
