TAKEN TO HOSPITAL

Falling from a tram in Manukau Road last evening, Alan Harvey McConnell, aged 9, of 390, Manukau Road, Epsom, suffered head injuries. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital, where his condition is reported not serious. A fracture of the pelvis was suffered by Mr. Alfred Allen Lucas, married, aged 52, of Park Road, Grafton, yesterday afternoon, when he fell on concrete at the Westfield freezing works. Mr. Lucas was admitted to the Auckland Hospital. His condition to-day was fair. Suffering from concussion and head injuries, Mr. Herbert Buckley, aged 32, a civil servant, of Nottingham Street, Westmere, was found lying in Nottingham Street last evening. It could not be discovered whether he fell from 3 tram or was struck by a car which .a: led to stop. His condition to-day at the Auckland Hospital was satisfactory.
