R.A.F. BENEVOLENT FUND
DUCHESS OP K&XT PRESIDENT Rec. noon. RUGBY, Feb. 17. The Duchess of Kent has become president of the R.A.P. Benevolent Fund. This office was formerly held by the Duke of Gloucester, who relinquished it some time ago, since when it has been vacant.
