WIDOW'S £4000 CLAIM
The action in which the Public Trustee, on behalf of the widow of the late Mr. F. H. Baker (Mr. North and Mr. Wallace) is claiming £4000 damages and £50 expenses from the Auckland Electric. Power Board (Mr. Richmond and Mr, Rogerson), John Burns and Co., Ltd. (Mr. Johnstone, K.C., and Mr. Goldstine), - and H. K. Brown and Co., Ltd. (Mr. Finlay), is being continued before Mr. Justice Fair and a jury in the Supreme Court to-day.
