SAILOR'S HOME MANAGER
Deep regret at the death of Mr. Henry Bailey, who was for 18 years manager of the Sailors' Home, was expressed by the council of the home yesterday afternoon. A motion of condolence was passed. It was decided to leave the question of a successor until the next meeting. The chairman paid a warm tribute to the way in which Mrs. Bailey had carried on, with the help of her son. The home had not been allowed to suffer after Mr. Bailey's death.
