STREET LIGHTS
WORK OF RESTORATION In a verbal report made at a meeting of the Auckland Electric Power Board yesterday afternoon, the general manager, Mr. R. H. Bartley, said that street lighting had now been restored over the whole of the area, with the exception of 540 lights. In reply to a question by Mr. J. Sayegh, the chairman, Mr. Harbutt, said the board expected to have all the lights, except those restricted through facing the harbour, back within a fortnight.
