BLIND SERVICEMEN
DUNEDIN, Monday.
A gift of £200 in cash and £200 in inscribed stock has been made by Mrs. J. G. Gilchrist, of Christchurch, to the Commercial Travellers and Warehousemen's Association of Otago on behalf of the Blind Sailors and Soldiers' Fund. Mrs. Gilchrist wished the gift to be accepted in memory of her late husband, Mr. Sydney Gilchrist, who for many years had been a prominent member of the 'association, particularly in connection with the entertainm«n< side of its activities.
