SHOULD MUSSOLINI DISAPPEAR

Informed circles in Switzerland interpret the latest shake-up in the Italian Cabinet as the creation of A Regency of Fascism, capable of taking over should Mussolini disappear but not sufficiently strong meanwhile to threaten his personal power" says the Berne correspondent of the New York Times. The next move in this direction is expected to be the ousting of the party secretary, Aldo Vidussoni.
