AWARD TO NAVAL CAPTAIN
Advice has been received by Dr. and Mrs. W. E. Somerset-Thomas, of Beckham Place, Grafton, that their son, Captain Mervyn SomersetThomas, D.5.0., R.Ni, has had the George Cross conferred on him by the King of Greece for rescue work carried out from Greece and Crete.
