FREE GIFT TO MALTA
Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 12. The Secretary of the Colonies, Mr. Oliver Stanley, speaking in the House of Commons, announced a grant of £10,000,000 to Malta as a free gift from Britain for the restoration of war damage in the island, says the British Official Wireless.
