SOLDIER ACQUITTED

COURT-MARTIAL. finding

At a court-martial held yesterday at the headquarters of the 4th Battalion, Auckland Regiment, Private J. S. D. Hanna, of Auckland, was acquitted on two charges connected with an accident in which the , army vehicle Ije was driving was involved in Franklin Road, Ponsonby on September /9, 1942.
