AUCKLANDER WOUNDED
Lieutenant L. D. Nathan, who has been reported wounded, left New Zealand with an early reinforcement after entering camp with the Third Echelon. He was posted to an Officer Cadets Training Unit, and later commissioned. He was promoted to lieutenant overseas. The eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Nathan, of Manurewa, Lieutenant Nathan is a director of L. D. Nathan and Co., Ltd., and a member of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce, being on the council when he enlisted.
