SENTENCED TO DEATH
SAMOA MURDER CASE Rec. 10 a.m. APIA, Feb. 7. Tapasao Esei, a Samoan male, of Safotu, Savaii, was convicted and sentenced to death at the High Court on Thursday for the murder of a male Samoan named Sana, on December 16 last. The case was heard by the Chief Judge and three European and one Samoan assessors.
