FUTURE CO-OPERATION
RUSSIAN-BRITISH PLEDGE Rec. 9.30 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 7. Sir Archibald Clark Kerr, British Ambassador to Russia, who is visiting Britain after five years in Moscow, said in a broadcast address: "The Russian-British pledge of 20 years' co-operation in building up a
new Europe is a human pact between two peoples. We should be eager to implement it and do it with heart and soul. I have found an equal desire in the Soviet Union to give the pact full, enduring and ungrudging meaning."
