ACQUITTAL OF SEAMAN
. Tried before Mr. Justice Fair'and a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday on a charge of wilful obscene exposure at a dressing shed on a beach at Westmere, a naval seaman, Joseph Saunders, aged 21 (Mr. Sullivan) was found not guilty. The jury in a rider intimated that it considered that the dressing shed was faultily constructed, and his Honor undertook to have this communicated to the City Council.
