AMERICAN PILOT'S ESTIMATE Ree. 10.30 a.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 5. Colonel Robert Scott, commander of the United States fighter squadron in China, said that 500 planes would be sufficient to run the Japanese out ° f Colonei Scott is the army's leading ace and is credited with 13 planes and six probables.
