PERSONAL
Professor T. D. J. Leech leaves for Wellington this evening. Mr. H. G. Horner, of Sydney, has arrived in Auckland, and is at the Station Hotel. Mr. J. J. E. Downey, branch manager of the Bank of New Zealand at Wellsford, has been transferred to Carteron, and his place taken by Mr. E. O. I*. Rees, of Warkworth.
