AMERICAN RED CROSS

The American Red Cross Club has made an immediate hit with service folk, and any day a crowd of men and women in uniform can be seen in the lounge and restaurant. Over Christmas the club did a roaring trade, and the gay decorations added to a jolly, home-like atmosphere. "We are getting along famously," said the director, Mr. H. Lass, this morning. "We ran out of turkey over Christmas, and had to make do after that with an imitation, which we put into hamburgers. We were packed with people, and the boys had a thoroughly good time."
