CATHOLIC BASKETBALL
Trophies won in competitions of the Catholic schools' basketball were presented by the Rev. Father Ryder to the following:—
Post, primary A—Cup winner: St. Mary's No. 1 runner-up. Mount Albert.
Post primary B: Cup winner: Sac re Coeur; run-ner-up, St. Mary's No. 2. Primary A—Cup winner: Hawick; runner-up, Panmure. Primary B—Cup winner: Grey Lynn; runner-up. Point Chevalier.
