NEW RATION BOOKS
COUPONS FOR CLOTHING (p.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The issue of new ration books, including the second period of clothing rationing coupons, will begin on October 19, six weeks earlier than was originally intended.
The earlier issue is being made on the representations of the clothing trade to enable the public to purchaw seasonable good. Twenty-six cdupons will be issued, making fiftytwo for the period to May next.
