mr. c. j. Mckenzie FORMER P.W. CHIEF ENGINEER (P A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The death has occurred of Mr. Charles John McKenzie. aged 64. formerly Chief Engineer and Under Secretary of the Public Works Department, and chairman of the Main Highways Board.
