(P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The King has approved publication of mention in dispatches of Temporary-Lieutenant H. M. Nees, R.N.Z.N.V.R., in connection with the tttepbe raid. Advice to this effect has Mm received by the Prime MlnUrter, Mr. Fraser. Lieutenant comes from Dunedin. He was vt-uT" yachtsman and went to writain under the yachtsmcn scheme.
