WOMEN INJURED
FALLS AT HOME
During the week-end three women were admitted to the Auckland Hospital suffering from fractured hips caused by falling at their homes. They were: Mrs. Fanny Bridgeman, aged 75, widow, of 7, Pencarrow Avenue, Mount Eden, whose condition to-day was serious; Mrs. Anna Jackson, aged 75, widow, of 45, Arney Ror.d, Remuera, whose condition to-day was reported to be fair; Mrs. Esther Perry, aged 73, widow, of 88, Market Road, Epsom, who underwent an operation this morning and whose condition this afternoon was reported to be satisfactory.
