AUCKLAND PRODUCE
Following is the official weekly market report of the Auckland Grain, Seed and Produce Merchants' Association: Merchants are holding good stocks of Australian wheat, which is available through store at. from 7 3 to 7 4 a bushel. There is still no advice of any further shipments. Stocks of maize in the Bay of Plenty are cleaned up and the Auckland stocks are moving off fairly well. Through store prices are from 711 to 8 1 a bushel, with 10-sack lots available at the special cash-with-order price of 7 4' 2 a bushel Kibbled maize is selling at 8 1 to 8 3 a bushel. The oats market, is steady and the demand fair, with B Gartons selling at 5.6 to 5/7 a bushel. Chaff is meeting a steady demand and the market in the south is a little firmer. Through store GBOS is selling at £11 15' to £12 15 per ton. There is quite a good demand for barley, and the stock position is adequate. Through s'ore Clipped is selling at 5 7 to 5 9 and undipped at 5 2 to 5 4 a bushel. Barlevmeal is meeting with an increased inquirv. Through store prices range from £12 10' to £13 5 per ton. Ample supplies of stockmeal are available, with through store prices at £11 17 6 to £12 2. 6.
