GOVERNMENT'S TRIBUTE

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sunday. The deputy-Prime Minister, Mr. Sullivan, commenting on the death of Mr, Forsyth, said New Zealand had lost one of its outstanding representatives in the United Kingdom. He had given signal service to New Zealand meat producers, the Meat Board and the Dominion, and by his capacity and personality had done much to extend outlets for New Zealand meat. The High Commissioner ln London, Mr. W. J. Jordan, had been asked to convey the sincere ■ympathy of the Government to the relatives of Mr. Forsyth.
