PRECAUTION SCHEME
WARNING OF OBLIGATIONS
(O C.) WELLINGTON, Sunday. A warning to employers and employees of their obligations in respect of the Emergency Precautions Services is given in a statement issued by the Minister of Civil Defence, Mr. Bodkin. According to the Minister there are strong grounds foi a belief that numbers of men are either evading or unlawfully postponing enrolment, in spite of repeated warnings that failure to do £rn them Jiable to a Penalty of up to £00, or a sentence of three months imprisonment.
