Counties' Association.—The Birmingham and Midland Counties' Association held its annual meeting in the Manchester Unity Building. The election of officers resulted as follows: Patrons, the Hon. Walter Nash and Mr. Phil Lewis; president, Mr. H. V. Hampton; vice-presidents, Mesdames Hampton and Perkins, Misses Betterton and Nightingale; secretary, Mr. G. J. Brookes; sick visitor and overseas correspondent, Mrs. Pearsail; committee, Mesdames E. Austin, M. M. Bowes, E. Brookes, M. E. Davies, A. Nightingale. Misses W. F. Bowes, E. Evason. W. E. Graham, W. Perkins, and W. Wadham.
