DECREES SOUGHT
DIVORCE PETITIONS
Several undefended divorce petitions were dealt with by Mr. Justice Calian in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon.
In the petition of Norman Clive Davitf (Mr. Wills) for divorce from Rua Thelma Davis, William Henry Palmer was named as co-respondent.
Petitioner said they had lived happily until about eighteen months ago, when his wife brought the co-respon-dent to their home. After a quarrel last January, she left home, and went on a vaudeville tour.
A decree nisi was granted. Decrees nisi were granted in the following cases on the grounds of separation for more than three years: Inglis Ivan Littlewood (Mr. Gould) v. Vera Littlewood; Kathleen Mona Braund (Mr. Goodall) v. Maurice Hearn Braund; Nettie Margaret Mitchell (Mr. Matthews) v. Samuel John Mitchell; Julia Arnold (Mr. Matthews) v. Ernest Arnold; Martha Greta Hollway (Mr. Matthews) v. William Alfred Hollway; Ruby Tate Kelly (Mr. Matthews) v. Ronald John Kelly; Eva Alice Magee (Mr. Matthews) v. David Torrence Magee. On fie ground of desertion, a decree nisi was granted to Nellie Waift Ching (Mr. Chalmers) v. Lang Sange Cning.
