Engagement Announced
Porter—Boswell.—Mr. and Mrs. G. Boswell, of Mangere Road, Otahuhu, announce the engagement of their only daughter. Joan Margaret, to Frederick Charles, only son of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Porter, of Mason's Avenue, Heme Bay.
Gathers by machine are smartest and are regulated by lengthening the stitch on the machine, loosening the tension, then drawing up both under the thread.
