The best gallop of the morning at Takanini was that recorded by Miss ('.ay, which Just shaded First Kdition at the end of five furlongs in 1.1 2-5. Kraal recorded the best effort over a mile in 1.41. assisted over the last seven furlongs by Court Favourite, which was of little use to Kraal. Other gallops: Merry May, 50s: Water Vixen, 50 3-ss: Honeywood. 52 2-ss; Sir Kingman just shaded Kver True. 51s. Five furlongs: Cambria and Cold Money Song practically on terms in 1.2: Queen City and River Plate, on terms, 1.2; Kagle Hawk. I.ovaals. 1.3. Six furlongs: Borak and Vents. together, 1.14: Golden Valley beat Anopheles. 1.15: Foxola, 1.10, last three 375; Kapidarian, 1.10. Seven furlongs: Minko. 1.30, last throe in 38s: Cornish, assisted by Arvakur over the last six. 1.31 2-5; Don Quex, 1.38 3-5. last five 1.3 1-5: The Dozer. 1.37. Mile: All Irish, 1.52 3-5, last three In 42 3-ss.
