COMMON ASSAULT
(P.A.) DUNEDIN, Wednesday. The second jury empanelled for the trial of Charles Horace Albert black on a charge of indecently assaulting a female found the accused guilty of the alternate charge of common assault. The jury made a recommendation to leniency. The first jury was dismissed as the accused's father had been seen in conversation with a juryman.
