WORK CONFINED TO SPRINTING TASKS

The stablemates, Lambourn (Stewart) and Vin d'Honneur (Morris), completed seven furlongs in 1.32, the first half a mile In 51s. They finished together and were not ridden out. Plying Spy (Green) was going comfortably at the conclusion of half a mile in 50 3-ss. Kadina (Rellly) ran six furlongs In 1.17, the first three in 37 l-ss. Silver Quex (Messervy) was holding Lady Acushla (Tremaln) at the finish of seven furlongs In 1.30 4-5.
