WOMEN IN UNIFORM
TRAM FARE CONCESSION
The Auckland Transport Board decided, at a meeting this morning, to grant a 2d single journey ticket to members of the Women's Auxiliary Air Force, when in uniform and on full-time service, thus placing them on the same footing, in regard to tram concessions, as members of the armed forces.
